Cancellation Policy

Appointment Policy​ To secure all bookings, I require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling your appointment. This deposit is credited toward your treatment cost and ensures that your time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that schedules can change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, I respectfully request at least 72 hours’ notice. If this notice is provided, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future appointment, depending on your preference. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained, as it is unlikely we will be able to fill the appointment time at short notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as “no-shows,” will be subject to the full appointment fee. This is to cover the time allocated exclusively for your service, as well as the impact on our team’s schedule.
