Not sure what you want yet? Book this session to chat through your ideas with me. I’ll go over your hair history, inspiration photos, and find the perfect direction for your next appointment. A patch test is also carried out at the consultation at least 48hrs before your appointment. This cost will be deducted of the cost of your appointment if you choose to go ahead with any colour service that is booked at the consultation.
Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policy To secure all bookings, I require a 50% deposit at the time of scheduling your appointment. This deposit is credited toward your treatment cost and ensures that your time is reserved exclusively for you. I understand that schedules can change, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, I respectfully request at least 72 hours’ notice. If this notice is provided, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future appointment, depending on your preference. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the deposit being retained, as it is unlikely we will be able to fill the appointment time at short notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as “no-shows,” will be subject to the full appointment fee. This is to cover the time allocated exclusively for your service, as well as the impact on our team’s schedule.
